Despite the proposal of a new bill on terrorism due to be announced in the Queen's speech this Wednesday, Al-Muhajiroun, on behalf of Muslims in Britain, want to make it clear to the Blair government that they will not be deterred from supporting the Mujahideen in Kashmir, Chechnya, Palestine or indeed in Iraq since we do this as a divine obligation and this is not a matter of negotiation or compromise.

It appears from the proposed bill that Muslim activists who are working to overthrow the corrupted regimes in Muslim countries are now to be the target of a witch hunt by the British government in order to secure its economic, military and political interests in those countries, at the expense of the interests of Muslims, however what the government fail to appreciate is that this too is done by Muslims living in Britain not out of choice or because the law in Britain hitherto allowed it but because every Muslim is required by the Shari'ah to live under Islamic law.

Hence if the law and order is not Islamic Muslims must engage in political and ideological struggle in order to change the situation of the people wherever they are. The inclusion of incitement by foreign dissidents living in Britain within the ambit of the act and the use of words such as 'religious, or ideological ends' is clearly aimed at Muslims especially in light of the anti Muslim and Islam hysteria the western media has whipped the general public into.

Not content on declaring war against Muslims world wide by bombing innocent Muslims in Iraq and supporting the pirate state of Israel the barbaric Blair regime is now saying that they will silence anyone who speaks up or acts against such atrocities.

Well Mr Blair, our message to you is that you should remember that Muslims make up the biggest proportion of ethnic minorities in Britain and we will never remain silent at atrocities committed against Muslims anywhere in the world since the Messenger Muhammad (saw) said: "The Muslims are a unique nation among the whole of Mankind: Their land is one, their war is one, their peace is one and their honour is one…"

Fortunately for the British establishment Dr Mass'ari and more recently Shafique ur Rehman were not deported because of their political activities. If the new legislation makes their actions illegal then a new growth of underground Islamic movements will most probably appear but what is absolutely clear is that the political and ideological struggle against the implementation of man made law and the military struggle against the occupation of Muslim land will continue.
